Paul on Private Sports Physiotherapy Liverpool

Paul (Keen Runner)

Paul was getting niggles and injuries when he was increasing his running distance and speed. He was training for an ultra marathon and started to get pain in his right hip and lower back. This was caused by a weakness in his hamstrings and after a proper rehab program, his pain has started to go. Have a listen to his story.

Paul on Private Sports Physiotherapy Liverpool

Paul (Councillor & Weight Lifter)

Paul had been suffering from ongoing elbow and shoulder pain from weight lifting. After finding out what was causing the issue, I gave him targeted exercises to correct both areas and gave him a clear set of milestones so that he could achieve more in the gym. He kindly left me a review with his results, see above.

MIke on Private Sports Physiotherapy Liverpool

Mike Jones (NHS worker, Avid Runner)

Mike was suffering from severe hip pain every-time he ran that lasted for days. He only just started running a few years ago to lose weight but has fallen in love with it. Not being able to run affected both his physical but his mental health too. After 8 sessions of treatment and specific rehab exercises, he’s just run a park run PB of 25 mins. A whole one minute quicker. Go on Mike!

Shal on Private Sports Physiotherapy Liverpool

Shal (Yoga, HIIT & CrossFit Guru)

Shal had been suffering from back and knee pain due to hypermobility for years. As she got older and the more sitting that she did she started to get niggles that stopped her from doing what she loved. Once we got her a plan to work on increasing the strength and stability around her joints so she wasn’t always taking her joints to the end limit, her pain started to go away. I see this a lot in my clinic. Check out what Shal has to say on her google review above.

Sam on Private Sports Physiotherapy Liverpool

Sam (Police Officer)

Tom was getting back pain and neck pain from years of working out and running. He’d been to a few physios and been given some generic mobility and banded strengthening exercises but nothing changed. He does a lot of sitting and when I assessed him I found that he was stiff and weak around his pelvis, lower back and ribs. He’s now 90% better and back doing what he loves. Check out what Sam has to say above in the google review he left.
