- (Usually £75) Choose this option if you have a new or ongoing injury. This session includes a full assessment, diagnosis, and initial treatment to help you start your recovery.
New Patient Sports Massage

- A deep tissue sports massage, delivered by a highly trained Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist. Designed to release tension and address the root cause of your issue.
Gait & Running Assessment
£85
Includes treadmill analysis, mobility screening, strength testing, and a full injury assessment. You’ll also receive a tailored rehab plan with a PDF summary.
