Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events may arise, leading to changes in your plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. To cancel your appointment, please contact our booking team at 0151 601 1481.

Face-to-Face Appointments

If you cancel a face-to-face appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged. Should you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us, 100% of the total cost will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

Packages

If you have purchased a package of sessions and do not notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, you will lose the cost of that session, and it will be deducted from your package. The same applies if you fail to attend a session without notice. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for missed or late-canceled package sessions.

Rescheduling Appointments

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by using the reschedule link in your booking email. This allows you to select a new date and time without incurring additional fees, provided the 24-hour notice is given. Rescheduling is not permitted within 24 hours of the appointment.

Card Storage and Late Cancellation Fees

Please note that your card details are securely stored in our system upon booking. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, 100% of the appointment cost will be automatically charged to your card.

Our Right to Cancel and Refunds

In the event that we need to modify or cancel your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we are unable to arrange a replacement physiotherapist, we will offer a full refund or assist in rescheduling your appointment.
